What’s New

Administrators can keep tabs on .

  • Unmet Requirements: All users now have the ability to choose whether to display remaining courses or remaining credits in the red box that appears next to an unmet requirement. If you would like to change the current default of displaying remaining courses rather than remaining credit, go to Settings, then Progress Display and change the value listed.
  • Workflows: Adelphi now has the ability to create Workflows, which will allow for faster and more transparent requests, and can allow us to remove email- and paper-based processes. Our first two Workflows are:
    • Academic Advisors can use the Workflow functionality to Request an Exception for a degree requirement or required course. Approval will be sent to the department chairperson or program director and the One Stop Registrar’s Office team.
    • Request approval to waive the Language Requirement. Requests are reviewed and approved by the Language Department.

Frequently Asked Questions for Faculty and Advisors

Sign in at using your Adelphi credentials.

  • If you cannot access the login page or sign in, contact the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@adelphi.edu or 516.877.3340.
  • If you can log in but don’t see your assigned students, or you notice data issues (missing courses, incorrect milestones, wrong student information), email the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@adelphi.edu.

Use the top-right search bar to search across all programs, courses, and students, or use the “Students” tab to filter by student-specific criteria like name, username, program or GPA.

To search for multiple students at once, switch the student search mode from “Keywords” to “Student Usernames”, then paste a list of usernames separated by commas, spaces, or semicolons. Stellic can only process primary usernames, not secondary IDs or student names.

When adding a , you can categorize it to make tracking and triaging effective. Common note types include:

  • General Notes – Advising or meeting documentation.
  • Concerns – Used to flag potential issues or risks.
  • Kudos – Positive recognition of student progress or achievements.
  • Referrals – Directing a student to another office or resource.

Open the “Notes” tab in a student profile to see all notes.

If a requirement should be waived or satisfied by a previously completed course:

  1. Click the three dots next to the requirement or course
  2. Select “Request an Exception”
  3. Choose the exception type
  4. Add a justification and submit

Your request will be routed to the appropriate department chair or program director.

In the “Appointments tab, select “Connect Calendar” and follow the prompts to link your Adelphi Google Calendar. Once connected, Stellic can check for conflicts and automatically add appointments.

In the “Appointments” tab, select “Create Time Block” to:

  1. Choose days/times you’re available
  2. Set appointment duration
  3. Select eligible student groups
  4. Activate your time block so students can book

After setting your availability:

  1. Select a student
  2. Choose a date and time
  3. Add a title and description
  4. Select “Schedule”

Advisors and staff can send messages to students individually or in bulk. Messages appear in the student’s notification center and may also be sent by email or text, depending on preferences.

All messages appear in the students’ in-app notifications by default. If enabled, students may also receive messages by email or text. Students must opt-in to text messaging when prompted.

Messaging permissions are managed by ѿTV.

All reviews that have been requested for you to complete as an instructor will populate in the “Reviews” tab:

  1. Navigate to the Reviews tab to see assigned reviews
  2. When a review is initiated, you’ll receive an in-app and email notification
  3. Complete and submit the review from the “Reviews” tab

Once the Office of Academic Services and Retention initiates a request, you’ll receive both an in-app and email notification. You can then complete and submit the review through the “Reviews” tab.

After applying filters:

  1. Select “Actions”
  2. Select “Generate Report”

Your results will download as a CSV file.

  1. Go to and open ePlanner
  2. Select “Students” from the left menu
  3. Search for and select the student
  4. Open the “Notes” tab
  5. Look for a note tagged “Historical Degree Audit” (around November 2025)

If an audit is available, the PDF report will be attached to that note.
