Our Keys to Well-Being Certificate program is focused on four keys to well-being<\/a>\u2014physical well-being, emotional well-being, financial well-being and social well-being.<\/p>\n

Requirements for the Program<\/h2>\n

There are two main components of this certificate program:<\/span><\/p>\n

Self-Directed Online Learning Content<\/h3>\n

Completion of a Moodle course<\/a> consisting of nine required and one elective modules. Each module contains a LinkedIn Learning video course focusing on work\/life balance, physical well-being, emotional well-being, financial well-being, or social well-being.<\/p>\n

Please note that employees do not need to pursue the certificate program to participate in this Moodle course. However, if you wish to earn a certificate you must successfully complete both the Moodle course and the Nutrition and Health Coaching Program.<\/p>\n

Nutrition and Health Coaching Program<\/h3>\n

The Fall 2025 group coaching program will run from late September to early December. Participants will join a small group of 10 for five virtual, one-hour sessions held every other week, led by a certified health coach.<\/p>\n

Three time slots are available:<\/p>\n

  1. Tuesdays: 10:00am \u2013 11:00am<\/li>\n
  2. Wednesdays: 1:00pm \u2013 2:00pm<\/li>\n
  3. Thursdays: 12:00pm \u2013 1:00pm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Due to the interactive nature of the program, sessions will not be recorded and make-up sessions cannot be offered. Prior to the start of the coaching sessions, participants will attend a one-hour introductory webinar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
