Our washers and dryers offer residents a convenient and modern laundry experience using\u00a0reloadable Smart Cards and the CleanPay Mobile App\u00a0for Apple and Android smartphones.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"m_-4719990635513849552m_5382479068885643565m_-1468188048169429788m_6999475747866945010gmail-docs-internal-guid-008fafeb-7fff-955a-154b-cbfecee5eabe\"><span>The cost is<strong> $2.00 to wash a load<\/strong> and <strong>$2.00 to dry a load<\/strong>.
