Personal Days
Nonunion full-time staff may be eligible for personal time off based on their length of service, providing flexibility for personal needs distinct from other types of time off.
- Administrators and nonunion clerical staff are entitled to four (4) personal days per academic year (September 1–August 31).
- For employees with less than one year of service, personal days are accrued at a rate of one (1) day for every three months of completed service, up to a maximum of four (4) personal days per academic year.
Please note that personal days cannot be carried over to the following year.
